Opahl Technologies is seeking multiple QA Engineers / Testers whose primary responsibility will involve ensuring that our new releases, whether they pertain to features, enhancements, or new products, adhere to the highest standards of quality and consistency. The final authority on correctness, reliability, and consistency of our builds rests with you. Your role encompasses creating detailed test cases that guarantee comprehensive coverage of our intricate platform, aiding developers in identifying and replicating any discrepancies. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with support teams to reproduce reported issues and communicate them to developers and product teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of the quality of all deliverables, including new features and enhancements.

  • Collaborating closely with the product/engineering team to understand requirements and user workflows.

  • Identifying bottlenecks in the quality assurance process and proposing improvement actions.

  • Crafting highly efficient manual test cases and conducting functional, ad-hoc, and regression testing.

  • Demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail, including the ability to manage multiple test executions concurrently and synthesize the results.

Core Skills

  • Prioritizing quality above all else.

  • Possessing 7+ years of experience in testing web applications.

  • Familiarity with using a defect tracking system to report, track, and resolve defects.

  • Experience in API testing and performance testing using tools such as JMeter and Postman.

  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, and browser debugging/console tools.

  • Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or other frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.

  • Proficiency in working with at least one Source control system, such as Git or SVN.

  • A solid grasp of the Agile software development methodology (Kanban or Scrum) and QA's role within it.

  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS, CRM products, or complex web-based software products encompassing multiple product areas and technologies.
